If you're in New York City, you can drop off your device at our Manhattan shop. Alternatively, you can opt for our mail-in repair by following these instructions:
1. Package your device and send it to our address.
2. We will diagnose the issue and provide you with the repair cost before proceeding with the repair.
3. To ensure prompt service, kindly include a piece of paper with your name, phone number, and email written on it inside the package.

I sent in 3DS XL with the game cartridge slot damaged. Not only were they reasonably priced. They had excellent communication with me. The service took a few days and had my unit back within less than a week of repair. Understanding communication; excellent communication is well worth the service they provide. A+++ across the board!

Last year, my oldest for his birthday ask only that I get the screen in his Nitendo 3DSXL fixed. He had a specific game saved on the system and did want a new one. I googled companies that would be able To repair it and came across XCubicle. Their response time was quick, they were clear with their prices and what the repair would be and contacted me as soon as it was ready for pic up! My son still uses his 3DS and it’s still in great condition after the repair.

Great experience! Our Wii no longer would read the game disks. Didn't want to buy a replacement since you can't transfer most game data. They fixed it fast and all the data was saved. Great communication through the whole process. Worth every penny and would highly recommend.

These guys were able to fix my PS4 AND my 1st gen PS3 without a problem and in a timely fashion. For what they charged it was well worth it. Trying to find another working 1st gen PS4 would have been expensive. The only problem has nothing to do with the quality of service or the cost but the location. They probably need to have a sign up telling you exactly where their office is on the floor. When my PS5’s HDMI port broke, I needed it repaired ASAP. I took it to an engineer that I know but he wasn’t able to fix the issue. He was unsuccessful at replacing the HDMI port, accidentally disconnected the fan chords from the plug (which he said fixed), and left screws out after putting it back together. Great service! I brought my son's 3DS which had been dropped and broken. They gave a price quote for $115 for two parts that they had to order; when I picked it up, they told me that they ended up using just one part and they returned $55. I was impressed by their honesty and the 3Ds looks and works as good as new. Would go back in a second! Highly recommend them.

The people at xCubicle really helped me out with my playstation 4! The problem was my newly bought 1Tb hard drive caused many errors that the factory made hard drive never had. They advised that I buy a new 1Tb hard drive and that they would actually buy it. But it would cost $50 to buy on top of the original $100 price. Honestly that was reasonable. Fantastic service, amazing work. When my Playstation 5 PS5 died, I got an accurate quote even before I brought it down. They gave me a fully documented receipt for my item when I dropped it off, and had it ready in only a few days. When I went to pick it up, they did a full run through for me to prove it was fixed. Yes, it's cash only but there is a 90 day warranty on repairs.
